Request an appointment

Fill in what you know. The brand, the model number and a plain description of what the appliance is doing are the three things that let your technician arrive with the right parts on the van.

Your details
The number we should call to confirm your appointment.
Optional. Used for written confirmation.
Street address where the appliance is. Not sure you are in range? Send the ZIP and we will tell you.
We cover both.
The appliance
Start typing, or enter any brand not listed.
Usually on a sticker inside the door, along the door frame, or behind the bottom grille. Optional, but it is the single most useful thing you can send us.
Symptoms, noises, error codes, and roughly when it started. Plain language is perfect.
Call any hour, day or night, and a person will help. Your arrival window is agreed when you book.
Text message updates (optional)

Leave this box unchecked and we will not text you. We will use the phone number and email you provided to confirm your appointment instead. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Requests route to service@911emt.com and are handled during office hours. Submitting this form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to agree a time. For a same-day slot, call (980) 588-8995.

Fastest route: call us

A real person answers: no phone tree, no callback queue. Cooling failures and leaking washers get flagged for the earliest slot on the board.

Available 24/7. Call any hour, day or night, and a person will help. Your arrival window is agreed when you book.

What to expect

Trip charge
The trip charge is waived when you go ahead with the repair. Residential is $117, commercial is $197.
Flat-rate pricing
Your technician diagnoses the fault and quotes a flat rate in your home. You approve it before any work begins.
Guarantee
90 days parts & labor, unless otherwise specified by the technician.
Changing your appointment
There is no cancellation fee. If your plans change, 24 hours of notice is appreciated so the slot can go to someone else.
Residential and commercial
Homes, rentals, offices and commercial kitchens. Commercial visits carry the $197 trip charge, waived the same way.

What we do not service

  • Countertop and over-the-counter microwaves. Built-in and wall-mounted microwaves are serviced.
  • Small appliances: blenders, coffee machines, vacuums and similar.

Not sure which side of that line your appliance falls on? Call and describe it: we will tell you before you book a visit.

Booking FAQs

Is the form or the phone faster?

The phone, without question. Office lines are open 24/7 and a real person answers, so a call gets your appointment on the board immediately. The form is there for after-hours requests and for people who would rather write it out than talk it through.

What does it cost to have someone come out?

The trip charge is $117 residential and $197 commercial, and it is waived when you go ahead with the repair. Your technician diagnoses the fault and quotes a flat rate before any work starts, so you approve the real number first.

What time will the technician arrive?

You get a confirmed arrival window when you book rather than a vague promise. We are reachable 24/7 if you need to change anything.

What if I need to cancel or move the appointment?

There is no cancellation fee. If your plans change, 24 hours of notice is appreciated so the slot can go to someone else, but it is a request, not a penalty.

Do I have to agree to text messages to book?

No. The SMS consent box on this form is entirely optional and it is not a condition of service. Leave it unchecked and we will use the phone and email details you have given us instead.

What information should I have ready?

The appliance brand, the model number if you can reach it, and a plain description of what it is doing: noises, error codes, when it started. That is what lets the technician load the right parts before setting off.

Rather just talk to someone?

Office lines are open around the clock and a real person answers. Call before noon for the best chance at a same-day slot.
